Production and Completion of Order 

The process begins by determining the aesthetic of the main product followed by determination of supply sources, colour temperature, wattage, angles and CRI etc. The design and production of MCPCB and drivers is then done in accordance with the order placed after which soldering of LED on MCPCB and fixing on housing is executed. This process is then followed by fixing of the drivers as well as the connection with LED. The drivers are then checked and an overall load and evaluation of all the electronic parameters are done by trained experts. After this procedure, reflectors and lenses are fitted for the light angles etc., which is then followed by fixing of silicon etc., and sock testing of the samples lot. Once products are evaluated and quality checked on set norms, processes like branding, preparation of specification sheet, labelling, packaging and weighing are done and the product is marked as ready for dispatch.
